What this page is: the moderation entry point. A report never changes a
claim by itself — a moderator reviews it. A confirmed report is worth
5 points (fake caught).

The five grounds the API accepts (create_run_report):
  numbers_unreal    numbers are not physically possible
  wrong_hardware    hardware does not match the claim
  wrong_model       model does not match the claim
  duplicate         duplicate of an existing claim
  other             other
